Who you are agreeing with

This site is operated by CSXII LTD (registered in England and Wales, company number 17156821), 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom, trading as Yonida. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not, please stop using it.

What this site is

It is a description of a product in development and a form for registering interest in it. There is no account to create, nothing to buy, and no service delivered here.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is not a purchase and not a contract. It does not entitle you to access, to a place in a queue, to a particular price, or to the product existing at all. We may change the product, delay it, or stop work on it. You can leave the waitlist at any time using the link in any email we send you.

What we say about deep rest

Yonida supports rest and wellbeing. It is not a medical device and makes no clinical claims. Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment, and none of it replaces sleep, medical care, or professional support. If something about your health, your sleep, or your mood concerns you, please speak to a qualified professional.

The research claims on the home page describe published studies about the practice of Yoga Nidra, including where those studies found no effect. They are not predictions about what this product will do for you, and each links to the paper it came from so you can read it yourself.

Never while driving or operating machinery

A Yonida session guides you into deep rest, so it needs a setting where you can safely stop paying attention to your surroundings. Listen somewhere safe where alertness is not required. Never use Yonida while driving or operating machinery. The app says this once when you set it up and again in the moment before a session plays; it is recorded here in full so it is always somewhere you can read it.

Availability

We provide this site as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or up to date, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

What belongs to whom

The text, design, logo, and images on this site belong to CSXII LTD. You are welcome to read, link to, and quote the site with attribution. Please do not copy the design or use the name and mark as if the site were yours.

Liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site.

If you are using the site as a consumer, you keep all the rights UK consumer law gives you, whatever these terms say.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own country’s courts.
