The Yonida experience

How Yonida Works: Guided Rest Made Personal

Yonida prepares a personal guided rest from your direction, arrival state and available time, with voice, sound and optional own words. Choose a daytime reset or sleep wind-down, listen, then keep a session you want to return to. The iPhone app is coming; the public next step is the waitlist.

Your choices shape your rest

Start with what you want from this practice. Your preferences and optional own words help make the guidance feel like yours.

The personal session journey
  1. Choose direction and time
  2. Add preferences and optional intention
  3. Listen to your guided rest

Choose the kind of rest you want

Start with a direction: a daytime reset that returns you to the room, or a wind-down that leaves you heading towards sleep. Choose ten, fifteen or twenty minutes and describe how you arrive. You do not need to know the name of a yoga technique to make those choices.

The home-page preview lets you explore those three questions and see an example of the session shape. Use it to get a feel for the choices before joining the waitlist.

Make space for the person

Voice and sound preferences help the session feel right to listen to. An optional intention brings a sentence you want to practise into the spoken guidance and its later recall. A separate note can express what matters to you: a belief, a preference, a feeling or a wish the language can reflect appropriately.

You can keep those choices simple. An intention is not compulsory, and you do not need to give private detail to earn a personalised rest. Unsafe or unfulfillable requests may be omitted, and rest never becomes medical treatment or a substitute for care.

Listen, then return when you want

Yonida prepares the audio before you listen. The session follows its selected direction, with a voice, sound and quiet pauses. A daytime ending brings attention back; a sleep ending fades rather than asking you to open your eyes. You can stop a session whenever you need to.

Finished personal sessions can be kept in your library to replay. Repeating a practice you like is part of the experience; you do not need to make a new one each time. The current guided audio is in English. The app is being tested ahead of its iPhone release.

What you can do today

You can read the guides, try the choice preview and join the iPhone waitlist. Signing up starts with a confirmation email; invitations follow when ready. Coming to iPhone; join the waitlist for an invitation.

If you want a guided practice now, our NSDR and recording-choice guides link to existing free options. If you want rest shaped around your intentions and preferences, the waitlist is the way to hear when Yonida is available. Never use a deep-rest session while driving or operating machinery.
